A LISTING UTILITY FOR THE RED BARON
                     MISSION BUIDER

NOTES ON THE USE OF MBLIST.EXE

    1) The program expects to "see" a ROSTER.DAT file in the
same directory; be sure that it is there before you
        execute the program.

    2) This program allows the user to choose between a long
form of output or a short, summarized form. The long
form gives many pilot stats not shown on the Red Baron
screens. It uses one page per pilot in the ROSTER.DAT
        file.

    3) The user can opt for the output to go directly to the
printer or to a user-named file for later printing. In
either case, BE SURE THAT YOUR PRINTER IS TURNED ON AND
IS CONNECTED. Failure to do so will result in a run-time
error which will require a reboot.

    4) The choices mentioned above are selected ny the user
during the execution of the program. The selection
choices will appear on the screen in the form of prompts
and the available choices will appear at the end of
each prompt in parentheses separated by a /. This
program is case-sensitive to your input. ALWAYS USE
LOWER CASE WHEN RESPONDING TO A PROMPT. Failure to do
so can lead to unpredictable results.
        EXAMPLE:
Output to printer or file (p/f)?
        The choices here are a lower-case "p" or a lower-case
        "f".

    5) If the output is sent to a file, the user will be asked
for a file name. The contents of this file may be printed
or listed to a screen via the standard DOS PRINT or TYPE
commands. This file name is NOT case-sensitive.

    6) MBLIST was written and compiled in Turbo Basic. Copies
of the source code are available upon request (it's an
outstanding example of how a short, elegant program
can grow into a much larger kludge).

    7) A Red Baron ROSTER.DAT file editor is being worked upon
        at this time.

    8) Comments and suggestions may be addressed to me either
